The challenge
A New Zealand-based internet, mobile, and SMS provider was managing its tech support operations across four separate admin panels. Support managers constantly switched between systems to handle customer issues — SIP trunking, fibre broadband, mobile plans, and SMS services — resulting in slow resolution times and poor customer satisfaction. The company also lacked comprehensive statistical data visualization, making it difficult to identify trends or measure team performance. On the customer side, there was no mobile app for plan management, usage tracking, or self-service support.
Our solution
We built a single unified admin panel that consolidates all service management into one interface, integrated with Zendesk for streamlined ticket handling. Rich data visualization powered by Highcharts gives managers real-time dashboards showing usage patterns, resolution metrics, and team performance. For the company's end customers, we developed cross-platform mobile apps (iOS and Android) using Flutter and a web application — enabling users to view and change plans, monitor voice/SMS/data usage, download reports, access special offers, and make payments through multiple methods.
