JustSoftLab provides AI, GenAI, Data Engineering, and Platform Engineering services including but not limited to consulting, software development, team augmentation, and managed delivery pods. Specific service terms are governed by separate service agreements or statements of work executed between JustSoftLab and the client.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, server, or systems connected to the Site.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or collect data from the Site without our written permission.
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or other harmful material.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site or impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

4. Intellectual Property

5. Client Engagements

These Terms govern your use of the Site only. Any professional services provided by JustSoftLab are subject to a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW), or equivalent contract. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement shall prevail.

6. Confidentiality

Any non-public information shared through the Site's contact forms or during preliminary discussions is treated as confidential. However, we recommend that sensitive business information be shared only after a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been executed.

7. Third-Party Links

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
